Bets placed on CC11 are final once confirmed. Cancellations are only possible in specific situations covered by these terms — such as event cancellation or a confirmed technical error. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the ones used to calculate the payout.
The CC11 VIP Program and all promotions are subject to specific rules, including minimum wagering volume requirements, expiration dates, and game-type restrictions. VIP benefits are non-transferable between accounts and may be adjusted by CC11 with prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and CC11, the operator of the platform available at cc11.best. By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by CC11 — including Sports Betting, live roulette, crash games, and the VIP Program — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these terms.
CC11 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified via their registered email and/or a notice on the platform. Continued use of CC11's services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the new terms take effect.
These terms apply to all services available on the CC11 platform, including Sports Betting on categories such as football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), MMA and UFC, NBB basketball, volleyball, e-sports, and other covered sports; live casino games such as European, French, and American roulette; crash games including Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, CrashX, Balloon, and Mines; and all benefits under the VIP Program.
To create and maintain an active account on CC11, the user must meet the following requirements:
Only one account is permitted per CPF, email address, and device. Creating multiple accounts to obtain promotional benefits, circumvent limits, or gain any other unfair advantage is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the permanent closure of all accounts involved, as well as the forfeiture of any balances.
Important: CC11 may request identity verification documents (such as a copy of a national ID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the defined deadline may result in the temporary suspension of the account and any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
CC11 does not allow users under 18 to register. If we determine that an account belongs to a minor, it will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be withheld in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
You are responsible for keeping your CC11 login credentials confidential — including your email, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your password with anyone or allow others to access or use your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised, contact CC11 support immediately at suporte@cc11.best. CC11 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access when the user failed to take reasonable steps to protect their account.
CC11 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. Users with 2FA active receive priority support in cases of access disputes and account recovery processes.
Accounts with no activity (login, bet, deposit, or withdrawal) for more than 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. CC11 may notify the account holder and, if there is no response within 30 days, apply a monthly maintenance fee to the remaining balance in accordance with the current policy, or close the account. Any unwithdrawn balance in inactive accounts will be handled in compliance with applicable Brazilian law.
All deposits and financial transactions on CC11 are processed exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL). The platform accepts the following deposit methods:
CC11 does not accept deposits in foreign currency, cryptocurrency, or payment methods not listed above. Deposits from third-party bank accounts will be rejected and returned to the sender. The bank account used for deposits must be registered under the same CPF linked to the CC11 account.
About fees: CC11 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your financial institution are the user's responsibility and are outside the platform's control.
The minimum deposit at CC11 is R$ 20.00 via Pix. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. CC11 may set daily or weekly deposit limits for accounts under verification, or as a responsible gambling measure at the user's request.
CC11 processes withdrawals exclusively to bank accounts registered under the same CPF as the CC11 account. The primary withdrawal method is Pix, with processing in up to 5 minutes after the request for verified accounts, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and national holidays.
Pix: up to 5 minutes for verified accounts. Gold, Platinum, and Diamond VIP members receive priority processing. TED transfer: up to 1 business day. CC11 may conduct a manual review on withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00, which can extend processing by up to 24 hours. Withdrawals by Diamond VIP Program members have no daily limit and receive absolute priority in the processing queue.
CC11 may refuse or hold a withdrawal in the following cases: suspected fraud or use of a false identity; balance originating from suspicious activity; incomplete identity verification; or violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions. In all cases, the user will be notified and given the opportunity to provide additional information.
Every confirmed bet on CC11 is considered final. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the ones used to calculate the payout, regardless of any subsequent changes. CC11 does not accept bet cancellations after confirmation, except in the cases outlined in this section.
CC11 may cancel or void a bet in the following situations:
In the event of cancellation, the staked amount is refunded in full to the user's balance.
Accumulators on CC11 can include up to 20 selections. If one or more selections in an accumulator are cancelled by CC11 for a legitimate reason, the payout will be calculated excluding the cancelled selections — by multiplying the odds of the remaining selections. If all selections are cancelled, the staked amount is refunded.
The cash out feature, when available, allows you to settle a bet before the final result at a value calculated in real time by CC11. The cash out amount may be lower or higher than the original stake, depending on how the event is unfolding. CC11 may suspend or remove the cash out option at any point during an event without prior notice.
CC11 offers betting on more than 30 sports. The specific rules for each sport are based on the regulations of the relevant governing bodies — FIFA for football, UFC/USADA for MMA, NBA/FIBA for basketball, and so on. In the event of a conflict between CC11's rules and the official rules of a sporting body, CC11's rules take precedence for bet settlement purposes.
Bets on regular time (90 minutes) do not include extra time or penalties unless explicitly stated in the market. For the Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other knockout competitions, always check the market description before confirming your bet. Goals scored in a penalty shootout count toward the result, except in "match goals" markets, where they are listed separately.
For MMA and UFC events available on CC11, the result is determined by the official decision of the referee or the relevant athletic commission. If a "No Contest" (NC) result is declared by the authorities, the bet is voided and the stake returned. Exact round bets are settled based on the round in which the fight ended, regardless of how much time had elapsed within that round.
Live betting on CC11 is subject to temporary market suspensions during key moments of events (goals, injuries, red cards, etc.). Odds may change significantly during these periods. CC11 is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to a technical market suspension.
The casino games available on CC11 — including European, French, and American roulette, Live Casino with real dealers, and crash games such as Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, CrashX, Balloon, and Mines — are operated by certified and licensed software providers. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in the information section of the respective title.
Crash games on CC11 use Provably Fair technology, which allows players to cryptographically verify that the outcome of each round was generated randomly and without manipulation. CC11 makes the verification tools available within each game's history panel. No result can be altered once a round has started.
In the event of a technical failure during a casino round or crash game that prevents normal completion, CC11 will take the following steps: (a) if the bet was not registered, the amount is returned to the balance; (b) if the bet was registered and the game was in progress, CC11 will apply the software provider's policy to determine how the incomplete round is handled. In all cases, CC11 support is available to answer any questions.
CC11's live casino tables feature real dealers broadcasting via live video stream. The dealer's ruling and the table management system's decision are final. In the event of a dispute over a live round outcome, the stream recording serves as the primary evidence for resolution.
The CC11 VIP Program has four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with progressive benefits including weekly cashback of up to 20%, higher withdrawal limits, and a dedicated account manager. Access to each tier is based on cumulative wagering volume as outlined in the VIP Program section of the platform.
The weekly cashback in the CC11 VIP Program is calculated on the total betting volume from the previous week (Monday through Sunday) and credited every Monday. Cashback is credited as withdrawable balance with no additional rollover requirements, except when combined with other promotions. Cancelled bets do not count toward the cashback calculation.
All promotions offered by CC11 have specific terms published alongside each offer, including expiration dates, rollover requirements, eligible games, and bonus withdrawal limits. In the event of a conflict between the general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion's specific terms take precedence. CC11 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or discontinue any promotion with 48 hours' prior notice.
Using multiple accounts, VPNs, agreements between users, or any other technique to improperly exploit promotions is strictly prohibited. CC11 may cancel any benefits obtained in this way, close the accounts involved, and withhold balances linked to the abusive activity.
Use of the CC11 platform is subject to ethical conduct and compliance with these terms. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
CC11 actively monitors the platform for suspicious behavior and cooperates with Brazilian authorities in investigations of unlawful activity. Accounts found to be engaged in any of the conduct described above will be permanently closed and balances may be withheld in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
You can close your CC11 account at any time by contacting support at suporte@cc11.best. Before closure, all pending withdrawals must be processed and any available balance must be withdrawn. CC11 will complete the closure within 5 business days of the request.
CC11 may close or suspend an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: violation of these Terms and Conditions; provision of false information; suspected fraud or money laundering activity; responsible gambling self-exclusion request; or a judicial or regulatory order. In the event of closure due to a terms violation, the remaining balance may be held pending investigation.
Users who wish to self-exclude from CC11 for responsible gambling reasons may request exclusion through support. Self-exclusion can be temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent. During the exclusion period, it is not possible to create a new account or access the platform. CC11 takes self-exclusion seriously and implements technical barriers to prevent access throughout the requested period.
CC11 processes users' personal data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). Data collected during registration and platform use is used solely to: operate and improve CC11's services; process financial transactions; meet legal and regulatory obligations; and send promotional communications with the user's consent.
CC11 does not sell, rent, or share users' personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Any data shared with service providers (such as payment processors) is governed by contracts that include data protection clauses equivalent to those adopted by CC11.
As a data subject, you have the right to: access your personal data stored by CC11; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (where there is no legal obligation to retain it); and withdraw consent for marketing communications. CC11's maximum liability for any individual user claim is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the claim, except where Brazilian consumer protection law establishes a higher liability.
The CC11 platform is provided "as is". CC11 strives to maintain 24-hour service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for missed betting opportunities resulting from temporary downtime.
CC11 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via the registered email address and a prominent notice on the platform. Minor changes (such as spelling corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance) may be made without prior notice.
The date of the last update to this document is always shown at the top of the page. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the CC11 platform after new conditions take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. In the event of a dispute between the user and CC11, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through the platform's support team at suporte@cc11.best.
If an amicable resolution is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the courts of the city of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged. The Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and other consumer protection regulations in force in Brazil apply to the relationship between CC11 and its users.
